33(1) \u53ea\u8981\u662fwholly and exclusively incurred in the production of gross income \u7684expenses\u4f60\u90fd\u80fd\u62ff\u6765\u6263\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u76c8\u5229\u987e\u540d\u601d\u4e49\u5c31\u662f\u8981\u6263\u9664\u4f60\u751f\u610f\u4e0a\u76f4\u63a5\u6027\u7684\u6d88\u8d39\u3002\u53ea\u8981\u662f\u4f60\u7528\u6765\u751f\u4ea7\u4f60\u7684\u6536\u5165\u7684\u8d39\u7528\u90fd\u662f\u5c5e\u4e8e\u53ef\u4ee5\u6263\u7a0e\u7684\u8d39\u7528\u3002\u6bd4\u65b9\u8bf4\u4f60\u662f\u4e2a\u5356\u8f66\u5b50\u7684\uff0c\u4f60\u5fc5\u987b\u8981\u4e70\u4e86\u8f66\u5b50\u4f60\u624d\u80fd\u5356\u8f66\u5b50\u3002\u90a3\u4e70\u8f66\u5b50\u7684\u8d39\u7528\u5c31\u662f\u5c5e\u4e8e\u4f60\u76f4\u63a5\u6027\u7684\u8d39\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u53ea\u8981\u4f60\u80fd\u8bc1\u660e\u4f60\u6240\u8981\u6263\u7684\u8d39\u7528\u662f\u5c5e\u4e8e\u4f60\u751f\u610f\u4e0a\u7684\u76f4\u63a5\u6027\u8d39\u7528\uff0c\u90fd\u80fd\u7528\u4e8e\u6263\u7a0e\u7684\u3002\u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u8d39\u7528\u5927\u6982\u662f\u5982\u4e0b\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul
