雇主你可知道2022年的Employment law更新有哪些呢？此更新为2023年1月1日生效 ~ 产假从60天更改为98天 ~ 陪产假为7天 ~ 每星期工作时间由原本48小时缩短成45小时 ~ OT薪金从原本的RM2,000改为RM4,000。 也就是说薪金低于RM4,000的都可以享有Employment law里头的OT rate
